Chester Boyd was founded in 1983 by Charles and Liz Boyd and a City Livery Company, to fulfill the catering requirements of the Butchers’ Company. Before long, Chester Boyd had built a significant reputation as one of the most respected and expanding caterers in the Square Mile with an enviable register of clients in the banking and insurance professions.
In May 2007, Chester Boyd was acquired by CH&Co. The Chief Executive of CH&Co Robyn Jones and Chairman Tim Jones described the acquisition as, “a marriage of true minds,” which would further strengthen CH&Co’s own business and presence in the City.
